Description

  • Source, screen, and maintain a pool of creative and technology talent for short- and long-term placements.
  • Manage and triage resource requests, allocating talent accurately and resolving outstanding staffing needs.
  • Lead resourcing meetings three times per week and provide real-time staffing solutions.
  • Own capacity planning and utilization tracking, identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective action.
  • Partner with Integrated Project Managers, Account Managers, and Project Managers to balance workloads, resolve scheduling conflicts, and understand upcoming briefs.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate freelance rates and terms, and support freelancer onboarding.
  • Develop and implement resource management processes and best practices.
  • Build relationships with on-site, remote, internal, and partner teams to support cultural fit and performance.
  • Prepare accurate monthly reporting for retained accounts and maintain data in internal and partner systems.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Resource Manager in an advertising or staffing agency.
  • At least 3 years of creative-environment sourcing or recruiting experience across roles such as designers, account managers, art directors, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Proven ability to attract hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees, freelancers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, confident, and creative in solving challenges.
  • Systematic, data-driven, and outcome-focused approach to capacity planning and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow and resource management tools, with willingness to develop further proficiency.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
