Description

  • Define and evolve the business value proposition with a focus on strategic growth, innovation, and value creation.
  • Bring senior-level credibility to client engagements, business development activities, and transformation programs.
  • Own and manage strategy and transformation projects end to end across business and IT.
  • Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to analyze priorities, shape enterprise strategies, and co-create scalable solutions.
  • Support co-innovation initiatives with key clients.
  • Translate strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes.
  • Expand SAP Fioneer’s footprint through strategic client work and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation across banking and insurance in strategy consulting or financial institutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior executives, clients, and third-party providers.
  • Expertise in core banking and payments, lending, or CFO/finance transformation across banking and insurance.
  • Track record of bridging business and technology and translating strategy into scalable, executable solutions.
  • Experience leading enterprise strategy development, operating model redesigns, and management process optimization in financial institutions.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data-driven insights and modeling to solve complex business problems.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or a STEM field.
  • Fluent in English and German.
