Description

  • Lead sales and pre-sales activities, including opportunity identification, presentations, and proposal writing and submission.
  • Work with clients to convert software to the latest platform version and identify value-adding business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to banking clients on transformation journeys.
  • Own delivery and implementation of SAP Fioneer banking technical solutions within project standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with bank Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to define scope and delivery approach.
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on platform conversion, legacy migration, and SAP Fioneer Banking capabilities.
  • Record requirements through workshops and coordination meetings and translate them into solution concepts.
  • Create technical design and build artefacts, including architecture, configuration, integration, and interface documents.
  • Act as Design Authority for the approved scope of work.
  • Train and mentor junior resources and contribute to team strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, computer science, technology, or engineering.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience across at least 3 SAP core banking domains such as Deposits, Loans, Master Contracts, Collateral Management, and Payments.
  • Experience with modern SAP technologies such as API management, REST/OData, and event-driven architecture.
  • Solid technology architecture knowledge, ideally in software or cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience with SAP Fioneer technical platform capabilities, functional capabilities, implementations, standards, practices, and regulations.
  • Client-facing service experience with the ability to engage stakeholders and run information-gathering and sharing sessions.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Banking modules such as Deposit Management, Loans Management, or Master Contract Management.
  • Proficiency in ABAP technologies, including ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, report programming, data migration, screen programming, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, authorizations, ALE/IDOC, workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP, OO ABAP, and enhancements/modifications.
  • Solid business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies and processes, and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
  • Understanding of domestic and international banking domains.
  • Awareness of emerging AI trends and ability to apply AI-driven techniques to improve analysis, automation, and delivery efficiency.
