Description

  • Source, screen, and engage technical candidates across multiple functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including interview coordination and offer negotiations.
  • Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting data and metrics and prepare monthly reports to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions about policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Support onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR recordkeeping.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Contribute to training, development, engagement, and culture improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in a software or SaaS technology company.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting data.
  • Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and ADP preferred.
  • Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
  • Located in the Eastern time zone for a remote role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
