Description

  • Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA exit.
  • Develop and manage integration workplans, timelines, functional roadmaps, and governance structures.
  • Coordinate end-to-end planning across accounting operations, financial controls, and systems.
  • Design and document future-state finance processes, workflows, and organizational structures.
  • Support ERP and financial system transition, implementation, and cutover activities.
  • Map the seller chart of accounts to the buyer chart of accounts for reporting and continuity.
  • Coordinate purchase price accounting and opening balance sheet entries.
  • Develop Day 1 close plans, accounting timelines, and transition milestones.
  • Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to align integration activities.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies and provide executive-level status reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  • Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes.
  • Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers.
  • Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration.
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans, workstreams, and governance structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with Enertia ERP is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems and system migrations is preferred.
  • Background in oil and gas, energy, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
  • CPA, PMP, or a related certification is a plus.
  • Experience supporting TSA transitions and post-close integration activities is preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers.
  • C2C arrangements are not accepted.
