Description

  • Partner with management and stakeholders to define, scope, and clarify business questions.
  • Use SQL and Excel to pull, analyze, and synthesize datasets into actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives supported by charts, figures, and tables.
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations for technical and non-technical senior audiences.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and company strategy.
  • Apply domain knowledge of the broadband industry to understand issues and data context quickly.
  • Own critical projects from conception through actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Excel, including data visualization experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and detail-oriented analytical skills.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and the ability to apply appropriate analytic techniques.
  • Experience in the cable/telecom industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer, or C2C candidates.
