Description

Develop and maintain predictive, statistical, and machine learning models for Artemetrx initiatives.
Analyze pharmacy, medical claims, and other healthcare data to identify trends, outliers, and cost or utilization opportunities.
Support AI roadmap initiatives and next-generation drug management tools.
Prepare, clean, transform, and validate data for analytics, reporting, dashboards, and model development.
Write reusable, testable analytical code and use SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
Maintain reference tables and product data used by Artemetrx.
Collaborate with clinicians, consultants, analysts, product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Document analytical methods, data definitions, model logic, assumptions, and results.
Communicate findings through written summaries, presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder discussions.
Stay current with healthcare analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and pharmacy benefits management developments.

Requirements

At least 2 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical claims analytics, data science, or a related analytical experience.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field; a master’s degree or relevant coursework is preferred.
Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy/PBM, medical claims, financial, or similarly complex datasets.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, querying, and manipulation.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, or automation.
Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, and model evaluation.
Experience cleaning, validating, and analyzing raw data accurately.
Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-work skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, willingness to travel up to 10%, and familiarity with healthcare privacy, governance, HIPAA, dashboards, or model deployment preferred.

Base salary range of $110,000–$140,000, with potential bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
