Description

Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement strategies for AMER Upmarket sales initiatives.
Lead analytical projects from problem framing and scoping through execution, stakeholder communication, and measurable outcomes.
Present data-driven recommendations to VP-level and C-suite stakeholders.
Design analyses addressing cross-pillar dependencies, customer value, long-term impacts, and KPI trade-offs.
Prioritize the AMER Upmarket analytics roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
Model complex scenarios involving coverage, territory design, capacity planning, and go-to-market motions.
Establish analytical standards, create reusable deliverables, and mentor analysts.
Partner with Analytics Engineering and BI to develop scalable, reliable analytical infrastructure.
Develop AI-assisted analytical workflows and establish standards for quality and reproducibility.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve analytical outcomes across the AMER Upmarket pillar.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or an equivalent analytical role.
Experience independently influencing VP+ and C-suite stakeholders through data-driven narratives.
Business analysis expertise, including modeling complex scenarios and addressing ambiguous strategic questions.
Deep experience with upmarket or enterprise go-to-market strategy, including territory design, capacity planning, coverage models, or sales motion analysis.
Ability to manage the full analytical lifecycle from hypothesis development through measurable business impact.
Expertise with Looker, Hex, Tableau, and Google Suite; proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets preferred.
Experience setting team-level analytical standards, building reusable deliverables, and mentoring analysts.
Ability to prioritize complex analytical roadmaps across competing stakeholder needs.
Experience developing AI workflows and analytical prompts using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
Upmarket or cross-pillar go-to-market experience preferred.

Benefits

Annual cash compensation range of $136,000–$204,000 USD.
Eligible roles may receive annual bonuses, on-target commission, and restricted stock units.
