Description

  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to develop analytical frameworks.
  • Design and implement statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies.
  • Build and maintain accessible dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Promote analytics adoption and data literacy across the organization.
  • Monitor analytics trends, technologies, and best practices to improve team capabilities.
  • Ensure analytics practices comply with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience, including 2+ years in a healthcare analyst role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience analyzing healthcare claims data.
  • Experience using generative AI for data analysis, coding, workflow automation, and insight development; responsible healthcare AI knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of clinical, operational, and financial healthcare data domains.
  • Understanding of healthcare data governance, privacy, compliance, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, drive initiatives, and protect sensitive data.
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
