Description

  • Administer annual merit, bonus, commission, and incentive compensation programs.
  • Calculate and validate commission, quarterly incentive, and bonus payouts in accordance with plan documents.
  • Audit compensation data, resolve discrepancies, and partner with Payroll to validate payments.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring executive reports for compensation and workforce metrics.
  • Analyze workforce, compensation, and incentive data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and reporting systems.
  • Automate manual compensation and reporting processes and improve workflows with HRIS teams.
  • Maintain compensation documentation, templates, incentive tracking files, and reporting procedures.
  • Support market pricing, annual incentive plan updates, testing, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, payroll, or business analytics.
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex formulas.
  • Experience administering commissions, incentive plans, or bonus programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data.
  • Experience with UKG Pro or a similar HRIS platform (preferred).
  • Experience with compensation survey tools such as Mercer, Radford, or Salary.com (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Query, basic SQL, or annual compensation planning cycles (preferred).
