Description

  • Observe and audit deal-related interactions and workflows across internal systems to assess performance, policy adherence, and trends.
  • Use a standardized rubric to evaluate quality and service standards and provide structured feedback.
  • Design and support a coaching framework that helps managers deliver effective feedback to their teams.
  • Analyze quality data using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools to track metrics and identify actionable insights.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to Deal Support leadership on service and process quality.
  • Support the Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing, monitoring forms, and investigative projects.
  • Lead investigative work to identify opportunities to improve behaviors, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the team scales globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance, process improvement, or operations role.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience executing quality programs.
  • Experience designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards for audits and structured feedback.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis, error trend identification, and data storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for constructive feedback and stakeholder presentations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate quality workflows or analyze large datasets.
  • Industry-standard quality or process improvement certifications such as COPC, Six Sigma, or ASQ (preferred).
  • Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback such as CSAT or internal surveys into quality improvement efforts (preferred).
  • Experience facilitating calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency and alignment (preferred).
  • Experience with software used for quality assurance tracking and reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the sales deal lifecycle or a business operations environment (strong plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred, not required).
