Description

  • Manage preparation and filing of Oscar's commercial insurance products through annual Form and Binder Filings for assigned states and regions.
  • Develop internal tracking and monitoring processes for annual and ad hoc filings across multiple teams.
  • Maintain a repository of prior regulatory objections to help reduce year-over-year objection totals.
  • Build and support relationships with state insurance regulators, state-based exchanges, and federal insurance regulators.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned states and help develop internal procedural guides for annual filing obligations.
  • Track filing objections, share updates with stakeholders, and guide resolution with impacted teams.
  • Develop sustainable processes that improve team output while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • 1+ years of SERFF and HIOS experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely from one of the approved states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.

  • Base pay of $38.22-$50.16 per hour in New Jersey and New York, or $34.39-$45.14 per hour in all other eligible locations.
