Description

  • Build and own the Post-Sales PMO and drive key transformational programs.
  • Partner closely with Renewals, Customer Success, RevOps, Finance, Enablement, and Product Marketing.
  • Create standardized templates, best practices, and documentation to support repeatable and scalable program execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program KPIs and execution milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program delivery and proactively resolve roadblocks with stakeholders.
  • Establish a center of excellence and drive continuous improvement across processes and programs.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build program and project management infrastructure and operations.
  • Demonstrated organizational leadership skills, including clear communication, influence without authority, and fostering collaborative environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including written documentation, presentation design, and meeting management.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional GTM programs end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales motions, organizational design, and GTM planning processes.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, renewals, or customer success is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in programs, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or business operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent professional certifications is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Gainsight, Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms is preferred.
  • This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
