Description

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert and planner on health projects under project leadership.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning.
  • Participate in user group meetings to gather, refine, and assess program and space needs.
  • Communicate planning concepts to clients, owners, designers, and project teams through verbal, graphic, and written formats.
  • Translate planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.
  • Contribute to the development, modification, and review of planning concepts and solutions.
  • Assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications for construction documentation.
  • Assist in developing project scope, plan, and services during the contract process.
  • Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide guidance and advice to other designers and project leaders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert on health projects.
  • Current licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills.
  • Ability to be client-facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and independent thinking ability.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam required.
  • Ability to provide a resume and portfolio when applying.
