Description

  • Build and convert 100% of recruiting pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach.
  • Deliver high-quality, targeted pipelines across the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
  • Own funnel metrics including response rates, passthrough rates, and market mapping.
  • Partner with GTM and sales leaders to align hiring strategy and workforce needs.
  • Conduct rigorous screening and deep-dive sales assessments to evaluate candidate quality and fit.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner rather than an order-taker in hiring discussions.
  • Use sourcing, personalization, and structured screening to maintain consistent hiring output.
  • Iterate outreach and screening approaches based on data and conversion insights.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of in-house SaaS sales recruiting experience in a high-talent-bar GTM organization.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruiting agency.
  • Proven success closing requisitions in the UK and at least one other European market.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand sales hiring requirements.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as HireEZ, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools).
  • Ability to work in a self-sourced, high-pace recruiting environment without inbound support.
  • Data-minded approach to tracking conversion rates and market talent availability.
  • Preferred: mid-level candidate who is ready to bridge execution and strategic influence.
