Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned priority roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements, responsibilities, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop position descriptions and scorecards for open roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines from kickoff through hire.
  • Screen and engage inbound candidates with same-day responsiveness.
  • Use outbound sourcing methods and multiple channels to identify and recruit targeted candidates.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
  • Prepare hiring managers for interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse ATS and monitor hiring progress.
  • Learn from hiring outcomes and continuously improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting at a small, fast-paced, or scaling technology company.
  • Recruiting experience across multiple functions, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance.
  • Greenhouse ATS experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills in a hypergrowth technology environment.
  • Experience in a scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly.
  • Experience handling candidate questions about compensation, benefits, PTO, immigration, and related topics.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, execution-focused, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
