Description

  • Monitor and maintain an inbound queue of technical questions for the Global Sales Team.
  • Support technical trials and proof-of-concept efforts across the Sales Engineering team.
  • Create scripting solutions and integrations to support technical demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Provide internal technical support to account teams working with customers.
  • Produce and manage digital content for product learning, adoption, hardware installation, and software configuration.
  • Update and maintain internal hardware and software lab infrastructure, including office and remote kits.
  • Coordinate and participate in new product testing activities.
  • Gather and share industry-specific customer use cases with technical sales teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication for RFP responses, product feature requests, and customer support triage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or support capacity preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems.
  • Experience tinkering with hardware gadgets, sensors, or vehicles is a plus.
  • Must reside in the TOLA region within the U.S., with specific metro and state exclusions listed in the posting.
  • Relocation expenses are not provided for this role.
