Description

  • Own a portfolio of 50–75 renewal accounts per quarter across Mexico Mid-Market.
  • Lead the full-cycle renewal process from quoting and negotiation through internal approvals and deal close.
  • Secure favorable renewal terms while minimizing financial attrition and protecting existing revenue.
  • Prioritize 36-month renewal terms to strengthen long-term customer relationships and lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline hygiene and provide reliable forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Identify and coordinate expansion opportunities with customer success and account executives.
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and customer-facing teams to navigate custom terms and secure agreement.
  • Act as a market expert on the Mexican business landscape, competitors, and regional trends.
  • Take ownership of territory health, proactively address churn risk, and advocate for market needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing or strategic renewals experience with Mid-Market or Commercial accounts.
  • Proven experience managing $1M+ in quarterly quota and deal sizes above $100k.
  • Experience navigating the Mexico business landscape.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder save cycles and complex procurement or legal requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and business value to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, competitive sales environment.
  • Experience collaborating across customer success, sales, legal, finance, and deal desk teams.
  • Comfort with prioritization and managing a large book of business with high-touch accounts.
