Description

  • Articulate and sell the value of Samsara Services to prospective and existing enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to define and integrate services solutions into proposals.
  • Own services pursuits and work toward the ARR attach quota.
  • Forecast services demand and monitor the ARR pipeline to understand capacity needs.
  • Plan and manage services scoping activities, including proposals, level of effort, transition/knowledge transfer, and resource plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on product deployment and change management.
  • Act as a governing partner during implementation to maintain customer sponsor and executive relationships and coordinate critical issues.
  • Participate in virtual teams to improve services methodologies, processes, offerings, and collateral.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with sales, CSMs, and other key partners during implementations.
  • Strong presentation skills for communicating the value, capabilities, and differentiators of complex service solutions.
  • Experience building services templates, engagement processes, and presentations with a builder mentality.
  • Experience executing SOW and proposal processes, including scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs that meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to articulate customer success stories and metrics that demonstrate value.
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience creating SFDC reports and dashboards and navigating Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Preferred/implicit: Experience working with enterprise customers and supporting implementation/integration services.
