Description

  • Develop deep expertise in the Tines intelligent workflow platform and apply it to security and IT operations challenges.
  • Create and deliver presentations to prospective customers and key alliance partners that clearly communicate product value and differentiation.
  • Build and demo Tines Stories with customers to demonstrate value and support sales efforts.
  • Manage the technical decision process with customers, including proof of concept and evaluation expectations.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases and support competitive account strategies.
  • Support enablement of priority channel and technical alliance partners and assist their pre-sales engineers on customer engagements.
  • Provide market feedback to the product organization based on customer and partner interactions.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base with customer experiences, technical competitive insights, and new automation stories.
  • Support the broader Solutions Engineering team by developing metrics and refining SE operations best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technology delivery role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong technical background with experience working with APIs.
  • Curiosity to learn new cloud technologies.
  • Experience selling to the Public Sector.
  • Security and/or IT industry experience.
  • Strong ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Experience delivering compelling demos and winning technical evaluations.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Project management skills and the ability to deliver customer solutions.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Startup mentality and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
  • Must be based in the DMV area for regular in-person travel.

Benefits

  • Target annual compensation of $225,000 to $245,000 OTE.
  • Equity package included.
  • Remote position with DMV-area base required for regional travel.
