Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of Samsara’s Partner Portal (PRM platform), including content updates, page configuration, and user access management.
  • Troubleshoot portal issues and act as the first point of contact for L1 partner-facing and Partner Account Manager system questions.
  • Maintain operational workflows for deal registration, partner onboarding, tier management, and compliance tracking.
  • Process and validate incoming deal registrations to ensure data accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and data quality issues, then recommend and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for Partner Account Managers and partners.
  • Support change management for new tools and process rollouts in partnership with the Partner Programs PM.
  • Support PRM platform migration efforts as Samsara evaluates and potentially transitions to a new partner technology stack.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel operations, program management, or a related operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, data management, and basic configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, identify data quality issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with partners, Partner Account Managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity across systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with PRM platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Impartner, Allbound, Introw, or similar is preferred.
  • Experience in a channel or partnerships organization with knowledge of partner programs, deal registration, and partner tiers is preferred.
  • Experience supporting program or product launches in an operational capacity is preferred.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and in ambiguous environments is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $88,655 to $134,100 USD.
