Description

  • Own, scale, and improve Run-the-Business (RTB) processes that keep Sales running with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
  • Hire, develop, and retain team members while expanding team capacity through automation.
  • Drive account segmentation, territory planning, and book-of-business assignment frameworks.
  • Work with systems and data teams to improve workflows and automate manual sales processes.
  • Use Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel logic to manage ownership models, territory rules, and opportunity distribution.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the team as the company scales globally.
  • Deliver operational analyses and long-term process improvements that support the pre-sales customer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales tools management or a related role.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven success supporting tools and/or processes for large sales teams of 1,000+ users.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to increase productivity and team capacity.
  • Strong project management skills, including implementation and ROI measurement experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and productivity software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; MBA is optional.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM is preferred, with administrator experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and sales operations execution is preferred.
  • Project or program management experience, with Lead-to-Cash systems or process improvement methodology knowledge, is preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $95,497.50 to $128,400 USD.
