Description

  • Own the development, implementation, and administration of new and existing sales incentive structures for the DoorDash for Business sales team.
  • Design compensation plans and drive plan implementation across the sales organization.
  • Integrate new products into sales go-to-market strategy and build consensus among sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product to drive alignment and support decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, derive insights, and recommend improvements to sales performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, including incentive redesigns, SPIFFs, and pilot testing.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and track key performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership and sales teams.
  • Communicate key metrics clearly and ensure commissions are calculated accurately.
  • Support the administration of global sales incentive programs with analytical and technical input.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of total experience, including experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, a top-tier consulting firm, or an investment bank.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, complex, and fast-moving environment.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver recommendations from complex datasets.
  • SQL experience required, along with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Proven use of AI tooling to improve efficiency and processes.
  • Experience mapping complex operational workflows and architecting AI-driven solutions end-to-end, from process discovery through prototype to production deployment (preferred).
  • Experience building automation in AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and shipping real automation that reduces manual work (preferred).
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Base salary of $105,400 to $155,000 USD, depending on location and other job-related factors.
