Description

  • Own the customer relationship for large-scale U.S. Public Sector deployments and ensure successful implementation of Samsara’s IoT solutions.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and accelerate time to value.
  • Track implementation progress, customer participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions, demonstrate the platform, and guide both executives and day-to-day users through challenges and use cases.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel while maintaining strong communication and coordination.
  • Deeply understand Samsara’s platform capabilities and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Advise and guide strategic customers through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
  • Strong consultative skills and proven ability to build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day software users.
  • High emotional intelligence, priority management, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
