Description

  • Deliver client onboarding and implementation services for SeatGeek products and features.
  • Own the technical delivery of projects within the defined scope and solution.
  • Lead and manage workstreams or full projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management.
  • Consult with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with their objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Support clients onsite during project deliveries and go-lives.
  • Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SeatGeek products and feature evolution and their applicability to client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery.
  • Experience in consultation and requirements gathering.
  • Deep knowledge of ticketing technology.
  • Industry expertise with an understanding of sports and entertainment-focused businesses.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
  • Ownership and accountability, with the ability to execute against a brief and navigate challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and execute solutions effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and conscientious execution.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to listen, interpret needs, and guide others toward solutions.
  • Salary range of $84,000 - $121,000 USD.
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
  • Compensation may vary based on skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
