Description

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic named accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end from prospecting and qualification through close.
  • Run solution-based sales processes across complex sales campaigns.
  • Manage proof-of-concept activities, trials, multiple stakeholders, and pricing negotiations.
  • Sell to executives and C-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Champion and model Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and ongoing pipeline research.
  • Work with customers across industries such as operations, finance, IT, and other line-of-business functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven record of consistent quota overachievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience owning enterprise deal sizes and C-level relationships.
  • Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers.
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT (preferred).
  • Awards for top achievement such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, or Top 10% (preferred).
  • Passion for the world of operations (preferred).
  • Must be able to work remotely from the US and operate in EST and CST time zones.
