Description

  • Sell Kompetenza’s flagship offerings, including EOR Cloud, Corporate Services Cloud, Business-Ready Salesforce, and industry cloud add-ons.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery and solution mapping to demos, proposals, and closing.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities across UAE, UK, Europe, and global accounts.
  • Conduct ROI and value-based conversations with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.
  • Work with product leadership and delivery teams to design solutions and scope deals.
  • Build and manage partner and channel relationships with CSPs, payroll firms, and EOR groups.
  • Represent Kompetenza at events and webinars.
  • Drive subscription services and high-value transformation project sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling Salesforce or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling to COO, CFO, HR, Payroll, or Operations stakeholders.
  • Ability to run scoping calls and deliver solution presentations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong communication, proposal writing, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience selling to Corporate Services Providers, EOR firms, or accounting firms is preferred.
  • Understanding of process automation, onboarding workflows, compliance, and payroll is preferred.
  • Experience selling managed services or subscription consulting is preferred.
