Description

Build, ship, and own end-to-end AI-powered applications from ideation and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Architect and scale company-wide GenAI capabilities and domain-specific business applications embedded into operational workflows.
Design and integrate AI solutions with internal systems and third-party platforms, including SaaS tools, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
Develop and launch AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and personalization across business functions such as Customer Support, People/HR, Legal, and Finance.
Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to define and productionize AI-driven features and capabilities.
Apply software engineering best practices to improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of production AI systems.
Own the full lifecycle of AI-powered systems, including initial design, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing iteration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of industry experience in software engineering or AI product development.
3+ years of experience owning the development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support of web applications and backend APIs.
1+ year of experience building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions with responsibility for reliability and performance.
Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML fundamentals, especially Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG systems.
Experience with AI agent development frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, MCP, or A2A.
Experience in 0→1 MVP development, iterative prototyping, and evolving prototypes into production-grade systems.
Knowledge of SDLC best practices and modern AI development tools and patterns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions in cross-functional settings.
Eligible to work in the US or Canada, excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

Annual base salary of $101,745 to $136,800 USD.
