Description

  • Manage Google Workspace administration, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and shared resources in Google Admin console.
  • Configure and optimize core Google Workspace services such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Docs, and Vault.
  • Deploy and manage Gemini Enterprise for enterprise search, analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Create and manage AI agents using Agent Designer and the Agent Development Kit for custom business applications.
  • Implement data governance controls, including data loss prevention rules for Gmail and Drive.
  • Configure security policies such as two-step verification, password policies, access controls, and identity provider integrations.
  • Manage endpoint devices and mobile device management policies to support enterprise compliance.
  • Implement enterprise-grade security features including VPC Service Controls, Private Service Connect, and customer-managed encryption keys.
  • Support Google Workspace migrations from legacy email and collaboration systems.
  • Troubleshoot Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise deployment issues and advise on architecture and design decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a project delivery role focused on cloud collaboration platforms.
  • 5-8 years of Google Workspace implementation and administration experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Google Workspace migrations from legacy systems.
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience on complex technical projects from design and planning through implementation and support.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace in an enterprise environment with 1,000+ users.
  • Experience administering organizational units, group policies, and resource management in Google Admin console.
  • Experience deploying and managing AI solutions in enterprise environments, particularly Gemini Enterprise or similar agentic AI platforms.
  • Experience with data governance, compliance configuration, and security policy implementation in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with endpoint management and mobile device policies in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace architecture, AI agent orchestration, cloud computing technologies, and AI/machine learning fundamentals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred certifications include Associate Google Workspace Administrator, Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google AI Professional Certificate, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and CompTIA Security+ or similar security certifications.
