Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices using Java 17/21+ and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as Spring AI or LangChain4j.
  • Develop multi-step reasoning workflows, dynamic tool usage, and memory management for agentic systems.
  • Integrate Azure Co-pilot into enterprise applications through robust RESTful APIs.
  • Craft, test, and version-control prompts to produce deterministic, safe, and accurate model outputs.
  • Implement guardrails, rate limiting, fallback mechanisms, and observability tracing for AI features.
  • Collaborate with app engineers, product managers, data teams, and frontend developers to define AI use cases.
  • Deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences for mobile apps.
  • Maintain long-term documentation and reusable assets such as skills and agent Markdown files.
  • Document APIs, architecture, and developer guides clearly for internal and external use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience as a Java Developer.
  • Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong technical writing skills for documenting APIs, architecture, and developer guides.
  • Experience with Java 17/21+ and Spring Boot is required for the backend work.
  • Experience with autonomous AI agents or agentic system design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI reliability, security, and observability practices is preferred.
  • Experience working with mobile app product teams is a plus.
