Description

  • Lead the technical redesign of a SuperApp across Android, iOS, and Java backend teams.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using large language models (LLMs).
  • Create technical definitions and develop AI agents used in the development lifecycle.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and provide technical direction for feature development.
  • Participate in solution design meetings between business and engineering teams.
  • Track technical and business metrics and indicators to monitor delivery and outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies, conflicts, and expectations among stakeholders.
  • Ensure demand implementation and production rollout follow the client’s processes.
  • Work with accessibility standards aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in backend development with Java.
  • Required knowledge of AI and agent development for process optimization in the development workflow.
  • Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
  • Knowledge of Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Availability to be on-site at the client in São Paulo several days per week.
  • Availability to work from the Campinas metropolitan region office when required by the local attendance policy.
  • Mobile development experience with Android and iOS is a plus.
  • Experience with iOS libraries such as Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI is a plus.
  • Experience with Android development using Kotlin is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.
