Description

  • Coordinate field and channel events, including communications, strategy, signage, giveaways, contracts, vendors, staffing, production, and logistics.
  • Support the execution and brand visibility of major industry tradeshows.
  • Serve as the primary resource for global sales teams’ field marketing and channel requests.
  • Manage swag inventory, fulfillment, and on-time event shipments.
  • Capture event leads and upload data to Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Support logistics and execution for 100+ events annually across North America, EMEA, Australia, and LATAM.
  • Manage attendee communications, vendor coordination, fulfillment, and operational execution across event types.
  • Identify process improvements and proactively resolve operational challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Track and measure event performance and contribute to the effectiveness of global event marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com to manage event-related data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams with different goals, perspectives, and personalities.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and measuring event success.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude.
  • Availability for a 40-hour-per-week contract position.
