Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations across naturalness/engagement, utility, and audio quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use a proprietary client platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an expected workload of approximately 4 hours per business day when possible.
  • Participate in the project-specific qualification and onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Italian.
  • Availability to start on or around June 1st.
  • Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer or private individual; applications from companies are not accepted.
  • Willingness to take a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short English language knowledge test and a test in the target language.
  • Freelance work status, potentially with a business license, VAT number, or EIN if applicable.
