Description

  • Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and agents to automate territory design and account assignment.
  • Reengineer GTM headcount and capacity modeling processes across Finance, HR, and Sales data.
  • Replace fragile spreadsheet-based planning with scalable code, automated data pipelines, and AI-prompt workflows.
  • Build lightweight integrations and automations connecting Salesforce, SQL databases, and internal Databricks tools.
  • Improve the accuracy and speed of global planning cycles.
  • Embed AI and modern automation directly into core planning workflows.
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data to support planning and automation processes.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure real-time data flow between systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical strategy role, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs, API integrations, and code to automate tasks and orchestrate complex prompts.
  • Experience building automations or using workflow automation tools to connect disparate data systems.
  • Experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience with the Databricks platform is a plus.
  • A strong bias for action.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a high-growth environment.
