Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of AI programs across Platform Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Business Operations, and Global Support.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, security, legal, finance, and business teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Build and maintain program tracking infrastructure, including status reporting, RAID logs, and communication cadences.
  • Prepare executive updates, run program reviews, and translate technical progress into business impact narratives for leadership.
  • Support resource planning and allocation by forecasting capacity and coordinating contractor and vendor engagements.
  • Facilitate adoption and rollout of AI tools such as Glean, Claude Code, and Cowork, including change management and training.
  • Define success metrics for AI initiatives and track business outcomes, efficiency gains, and ROI.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including SOWs, performance tracking, and timeline alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience in technology organizations.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing AI, ML, or data platform programs.
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication skills for status updates, risk assessments, and decision frameworks.
  • Experience with program management tools such as Jira or Asana, and methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience managing vendors and contractors, including SOW management, performance tracking, and budget oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data to guide program decisions.
  • Experience with change management and enterprise tool rollouts across teams with varying technical maturity.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity companies preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI development workflows, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures preferred.
  • Experience managing FinOps or cost governance programs alongside technical delivery preferred.
  • Background building PMO functions from scratch preferred.
  • Experience supporting global teams across U.S. and India time zones preferred.
