Description

  • Plan and execute deployments, including site installations, testing and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, training visits, and maintenance visits.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and other functions to support mission success.
  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle from site survey through testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment.
  • Oversee operational execution of high-risk training and validation events.
  • Maintain system performance in the Hazard Zone and ensure contract service level agreements are met.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers, industry partners, users, and internal teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating mission requirements, CONOPS, feedback, and lessons learned back to Anduril teams.
  • Develop deep expertise in customer missions, threats, regulatory constraints, and rules of engagement.
  • Build thorough product knowledge of Anduril’s Family of Systems and forecast performance across different threat, environmental, and mission conditions.
  • Set the standard for deployment quality and rally teammates to meet operational expectations.

Requirements

  • Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Current ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year, including approximately 35% in Hazard Zones and 15% other travel.
  • Experience in high-risk, operational environments is implied by the role and preferred domain background.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills are emphasized in the role.
  • Experience in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain is preferred.
