Description

  • Own product revenue growth for new and existing accounts across the India region.
  • Drive demand, transactions, and pipeline generation for new portfolio products.
  • Develop new opportunities by acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to prospect, qualify, manage, and close opportunities.
  • Manage a large pipeline of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Work closely with product management and the growth team to share customer feedback and influence product direction.
  • Partner with sales leaders and product pre-sales engineers on go-to-market execution.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex enterprise IT environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with channel partners, distributors, VARs, GSIs, and alliances.
  • Provide management with market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology sales experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience selling IT infrastructure or Cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Strong product specialist sales experience across cloud, security, and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience positioning cybersecurity solutions.
  • Consistent track record of landing new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to Fortune 1000 end users.
  • Experience working with multiple customer stakeholders and understanding technical and business justification.
  • Experience selling early-stage products in complex enterprise customer environments.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-starter attitude.
  • Preferred experience in a complex Enterprise customer environment.
