Description

  • Own sales coverage for strategic accounts across the region.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of field account executives.
  • Recruit, hire, and enable sales team members.
  • Develop and execute territory and focus plans to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Build and maintain partner ecosystem relationships, including focus partners and Rubrik partners.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account strategy execution.
  • Sell Rubrik’s enterprise offerings and guide the team on strategy, sales process, and CxO-level selling.
  • Participate in regional strategic and tactical planning as a member of the Enterprise Management team.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Channel Development leaders to meet sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales management and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • 5+ years of experience using Value Selling Methodologies and MEDDIC.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization selling technology-related products and services.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Knowledge of Rubrik’s specific domain area.
  • Relevant domain experience across security, backup, cloud, and datacenter environments (preferred).
  • Experience closing competitive deals with healthcare organizations (preferred).
