Description

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, supported by Sales Development and personal prospecting efforts.
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor value-based presentations to specific use cases.
  • Build trust and credibility with C-level and VP-level decision-makers throughout the buying journey.
  • Drive high-velocity and strategic sales cycles to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and SaaS developments to position Miro effectively.
  • Advance and manage your pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Use sales tools and data to track, analyze, and optimize sales activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas.
  • Experience with value-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, or similar tools.
  • Passion for prospecting and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Resilience in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners such as SDRs, Renewals, and Customer Success.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts is implied by the target customer range of 500 to 3,000 employees.
