Description

  • Define and execute a go-to-market plan for the territory to build pipeline and drive bookings growth.
  • Prospect actively and generate new opportunities through self-sourced sales activity.
  • Land and expand new enterprise logos across complex buying cycles.
  • Present Rubrik’s platform in complex IT and data center environments, explaining technical and business value.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Own the territory like a business by identifying opportunities, adapting quickly, and shaping local strategy.
  • Provide management with feedback on market opportunities and new business or channel partnership prospects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally across IT infrastructure or SaaS, selling into large organizations.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced new logo acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to translate IT challenges into business outcomes for CIO, CTO, and senior IT stakeholders.
  • Experience building and leveraging relationships with channel partners and internal GTM teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with tenacity, resilience, and ownership to build a new territory.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and coachable.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions into IT decision-maker personas (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message (preferred).
  • Strong ability to develop champions and navigate multi-stakeholder deals (preferred).
  • Understanding of the French enterprise market (preferred).
