Description

  • Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions for complex scenarios.
  • Configure HRIS modules in line with best practices and optimization goals.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and client concerns proactively.
  • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and secure quality signoffs on deliverables.
  • Review junior team members’ configurations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
  • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
  • Apply cross-module knowledge independently to support solution delivery.
  • Design scalable and integrated solution architectures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle HRIS implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
  • Experience guiding clients through ambiguity and change (preferred).
  • Ability to solve complex problems with strategic foresight (preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail (preferred).
