Description

  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across crypto exchanges, wallets, fintechs, neobanks, payment infrastructure providers, and card issuers.
  • Identify and engage decision makers at target accounts, including CEOs, Heads of Product, CIOs, and CROs.
  • Develop account strategies for both crypto-native platforms with existing yield offerings and traditional fintech platforms entering the market.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through proposal delivery, negotiation, and close.
  • Prepare tailored short proposals before initial calls and refine them based on partner requirements.
  • Manage 8 to 12 week B2B sales cycles, including compliance and integration reviews.
  • Handle objections and create urgency to accelerate partner decision-making.
  • Track buyer profiles, value propositions, and product preferences by segment.
  • Provide structured feedback on sales bottlenecks, common objections, and materials needed to improve close rates.
  • Contribute field insights to refine brand, marketing, and messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech.
  • Demonstrated success navigating long enterprise sales cycles of 8 to 12+ weeks.
  • Existing network across crypto exchanges, wallets, or fintech platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling technical or financial infrastructure products to product, commercial, or C-suite stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DeFi lending protocols such as Morpho, Aave, and Kamino, and on-chain yield strategies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to map internal decision-making and tailor proposals.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using AUM targets, yield metrics, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposals, pitches, and stakeholder management.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build processes, track pipelines, and operate independently in a lean team.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to iterate on messaging, materials, and approach based on market feedback.
