Description

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and build-ready requirements.
  • Own backlog prioritization based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
  • Ensure user stories are ready with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Lead delivery of websites, portals, and DXP platforms.
  • Align UX/UI, content, and technical requirements across delivery teams.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Manage dependencies across UX, development, QA, DevOps, and integrations.
  • Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, triage defects, and ensure release readiness.
  • Improve backlog quality, delivery practices, and product performance using metrics and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BIS, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • CSPO or CSM certification is a plus.
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
  • Understanding of DXP/CMS platforms such as Sitecore, AEM, or Optimizely.
  • Experience delivering websites and digital platforms.
  • Ability to translate customer journeys and UX needs into product requirements.
  • Technical collaboration experience with engineering teams.
  • Experience supporting UAT and acceptance validation.
  • Awareness of integrations such as CRM, SSO, and analytics.
  • Experience in destination or mixed-use digital programs, including tourism, culture, retail, hospitality, or real estate, is a strong plus.
