Description

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for monetization and growth features, balancing revenue impact, platform constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate Ad Sales goals, Marketing campaign needs, and revenue data into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead full-stack product teams across product, design, engineering, and QA to deliver measurable revenue and audience growth outcomes.
  • Partner with Ad Sales, Marketing, and Product Leadership to plan and execute roadmap goals through agile scrum ceremonies.
  • Define and maintain the measurement framework for monetization features, including yield, fill rate, CPM, and acquisition conversion metrics.
  • Design, launch, and interpret A/B tests for acquisition flows, registration prompts, and conversion funnels.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning focused on AVOD, sponsorship formats, and paid acquisition efficiency.
  • Improve team processes to increase velocity, quality, and commercial impact.
  • Communicate launch readiness, tradeoffs, dependencies, risks, and performance results to stakeholders.
  • Analyze ad product and acquisition funnel performance to identify improvements with measurable revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience with ownership of business-outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both Ad Sales and Engineering audiences.
  • Commercial mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes over feature output.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills; able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to negotiate competing priorities across business partners and support healthy team dynamics.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CTV and streaming ad-serving platforms and ad operations concepts.
  • Experience building or improving AVOD ad experiences and sponsorship formats in streaming or Connected TV environments.
  • Practical understanding of user acquisition funnels, including deep linking, paid campaign attribution, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as LaunchDarkly.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Amplitude or equivalent tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools including Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence.
  • Experience with Figma and MS 365 Suite including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with streaming ad delivery concepts such as DAI, SSAI/CSAI, VAST, and VMAP.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in CTV monetization, including AVOD, programmatic, sponsorship, and dynamic ad insertion.
