Description

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue-driven CRM and loyalty strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the CRM and loyalty roadmap and ensure measurable impact on revenue, retention, customer lifetime value, and profitability.
  • Define targeting, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Build business cases, forecast revenue impact, and track ROI for CRM initiatives.
  • Own and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and capabilities, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Connect, CDP, Einstein, Datorama, and real-time personalization.
  • Drive platform governance, data integrity, and CRM best practices across operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve platform capabilities, integrations, and scalability.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and multivariate testing to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Own campaign performance reporting, develop dashboards, and translate results into actionable insights and future improvements.
  • Define and refine customer segmentation frameworks and advanced personalization strategies based on value, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
  • Partner with analytics teams and lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Digital, and IT teams.
  • Manage external agencies and technology partners, and mentor CRM team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or marketing automation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
  • Proven experience managing teams and large-scale CRM programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Experience in retail, loyalty, or other customer-centric industries is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced CRM and marketing automation expertise.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
