Description

  • Own and deliver the total revenue target across assigned accounts and the relevant industry or market.
  • Balance new business, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expansions to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain gross margin discipline through pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
  • Build accurate forecasts, manage pipeline visibility, and execute annual growth plans.
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Own a defined portfolio of accounts and drive upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and contract extension opportunities.
  • Serve as the executive-level single point of contact for key clients and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, retention, account risks, and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop industry expertise, track market trends, and position the company’s value proposition effectively.
  • Provide structured reporting on revenue, margin, risks, and growth opportunities, and participate in governance reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client growth roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets across new business and account expansion.
  • Strong experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through closing and renewal.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and navigate complex organizations.
  • Experience working within a specific industry vertical relevant to the assigned portfolio.
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
