Description

  • Engage prospective and existing customers using a consultative sales approach to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions.
  • Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across property, casualty, and personal lines coverage.
  • Explain coverage options, policy terms, and insurance processes clearly and accurately to customers.
  • Drive lead conversion through high-volume outbound outreach and timely handling of inbound inquiries.
  • Manage the full sales process from quoting insurance products to gathering underwriting information and closing policy sales.
  • Use Roamly’s proprietary tools to generate quotes and support the policy purchase and binding process.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow-up documentation in Close.AI.
  • Stay current on available insurance products, carrier platforms, and internal systems to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Property and Casualty insurance experience is preferred.
  • Experience with a brokerage that works with multiple carriers is preferred.
  • Property and Casualty License is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with patience, empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personality types and situations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and managing workload effectively.
  • Strong time management, organization, and performance under stress.
  • Good data entry skills and the ability to navigate websites with ease.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, self-aware attitude.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.

  • Base salary of $40,000 with On-Target Earnings of $110,000-$150,000.
