Description

  • Conduct high-energy virtual consultations with SMB owners across multiple industries.
  • Present RoadRunner’s cost-saving and process-improvement solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Hunt, source, and develop new business through consistent prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Manage and advance a new-business sales pipeline in Salesforce.com.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and close new logo opportunities.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, pricing, operations, and customer success teams to move deals forward.
  • Facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders and address competing viewpoints with confidence.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while managing a national or regional territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience selling long-term committal contracts.
  • Strong proficiency working remotely and using multiple systems such as Salesforce and Zoom.
  • Ability to guide prospects through complex sales cycles with a focus on results.
  • Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective communication skills for meetings with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work 8:30 am–5:30 pm ET, with preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.
  • Ability to travel minimally, approximately 5%, for team off-sites or strategic meetings.
  • Residency in the U.S.; candidates in AK, DE, HI, KS, LA, ME, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, SD, VT, WY, and Puerto Rico are not supported.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000–$65,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission with no ceiling on earnings.
  • On-target earnings of $115,000–$125,000.
