Description

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements.
  • Develop implementation plans and coordinate handoffs to delivery and support teams.
  • Own technical implementation and optimization of complex client projects.
  • Troubleshoot software, product data feeds, API integrations, and FTP issues.
  • Provide advanced platform training and technical consultation to clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
  • Mentor junior client success engineers and share technical knowledge.
  • Create scalable enablement resources, including webinars, videos, and documentation.
  • Represent client needs in product feedback and manage high-risk client situations.
  • Use AI to improve planning, documentation, research, troubleshooting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing SaaS technical role focused on enterprise onboarding or solution engineering; 5+ years preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Deep experience with XML, TXT, CSV, and JSON product data feeds and FTP protocols.
  • Advanced experience with REST and SOAP API integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex client projects and changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to document processes and create technical training or enablement materials.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise clients or e-commerce, remote training tools, and project management certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
