Description

  • Convert closed-won commitments into structured implementation plans and manage multiple enterprise implementations.
  • Lead onboarding, implementation calls, go-live execution, adoption, risk management, and value milestones.
  • Coordinate technical implementation across customer teams and internal Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer teams.
  • Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, customer health, usage, and implementation risks.
  • Identify blockers early, escalate clearly, and translate customer needs into internal action plans.
  • Document ROI, measurable value, and customer evidence; provide executive-ready progress updates.
  • Build implementation playbooks and improve post-sales handoffs, processes, and operating cadence.
  • Identify expansion signals and provide structured handoffs to commercial teams.
  • Serve as a senior partner to customer business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in technical implementation, enterprise implementation, technical program management, solutions consulting, value realization, strategic account management, or enterprise customer success.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, field operations, or workflow automation.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, project management, follow-through, executive presence, and operational discipline.
  • Comfort working with technical products, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear execution plans and create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to drive accountability across customers and internal teams in a fast-moving startup.
  • Preferred experience with logistics, warehousing, 3PL, manufacturing, retail operations, or supply chain technology.
  • Preferred experience with AI, computer vision, automation, workflow platforms, or implementation playbooks.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar systems is preferred.

  • Base salary of $135,000–$150,000.
  • Performance-based bonus and expected total compensation of $175,000–$200,000 OTE.
